Conversion of a disused warehouse to modern apartments. Abrasive cleaning to internal walls to remove paint and other finishes. Repoint all elevations, including stonework restoration to feature units. The external brickwork was detergent cleaned and the original hopper heads etc were abrasive cleaned prior to refurbishment.
